Once it was some glitch and it loses all its profit for last several months 😔. Actually, losses were small. But my friends still joke that my bot makes a whole company bankrupt.

Once I accidentally dropped the production database 💥. Hopefully, it was at the very beginning, and we have a small number of clients. I restored it from backup. Nobody noticed.

Once I accidentally disabled billing on our primary cloud provider 🤦‍♂️. Hundred of production VMs were instantly shutdown. Hopefully, after re-enabling billing, everything was correctly started, and downtime was very short. In my defense, the cloud provider has an extremely bad-designed billing page.
